This Embodiment Meditation (often called Yoga Nidra) is a systematic guided meditation that you do while you are completely relaxed lying down, starting from body awareness, moving through awareness of your emotions, a journey with visualisation which eventually leads to a consciousness state between sleep and wake. It promotes very deep relaxation and regeneration while the mind remains clear.
You will get the restorative effect of hours of sleep with this 50-mins effortless session.
Anyone can benefit from this practice and no experience is required.
Yoga mat is provided. Do come with comfortable clothing with something to keep you warm while you are in deep relaxation.
