This is TWO classes in one – Breakfast 101 and Fermentation 101!
In this class, we show you how to make breakfasts that are delicious, nutritious, and packed full of energy!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day: The quality of your breakfast determines both your energy level and your mood. A balanced breakfast is crucial for healthy blood sugar levels and overall health.
To improve digestion and keep your immune system strong, it is wise to avoid sugar, dairy, caffeine, GMO, gluten and processed foods. We share breakfast recipes that do not contain these things, without you feeling like they do!
One of the best things you can do for a healthy gut is to eat fermented foods. So we will also teach you the basics of fermentation, which you can take home and apply to other recipes – not just for breakfast!
