The Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) is a process developed by clinical psychologist Dr. Benjamin Perkus. Having been trained in multiple modalities in healing, Dr. Perkus has created AFT which integrates many schools of psychotherapy with energy psychology and aromatherapy, into a simple process that anyone can learn and benefit.
Smell is the only one of the five physical senses that is directly linked to the limbic lobe of the brain – our emotional control centre. Aroma can be used to facilitate release of emotional trauma, and induce powerful and automatic response altering body physiology and behaviour.
What is AFT?
AFT is a step-by-step process for identifying and releasing negative thoughts, feelings, and memories, by using pure and specific essential oils in conjunction with specific awareness steps.
Why learn AFT?
By the use the AFT simple process, blocks that have been holding one’s back may be removed, allowing one to experience greater sense of clarity, joy and possibility in achieving one’s goal’s.
AFT is such a quick process to do that it can be adopted to the daily life of any busy person to simply maintain clarity, calm and balance.
How to learn AFT?
Join Certified Aroma Freedom Technique practitioner Anita Cheung in this group clearing session – in person or on line – to benefit from the AFT.
(While Anita has been trained in various modalities of coaching and healing which she employs in her private sessions with client, in this session, the focus would be demonstration of the AFT technique – which she has found to be the quickest and easiest to learn by the general public.)
